The Z-man isn't letting the short-lived theft of his pickup truck stop him.
Austin City Councilman Don Zimmerman was on the Fox 7 News Edge Tuesday night (Oct. 20) for the 9 o'clock broadcast to lay out his plan to stop the increase in water utility bills across Austin.

Apparently, the suspect who took a ride in Zimmerman's truck had quite a day -- having, according to a witness in a police affidavit, "forcibly ... slammed" a cat, and then disposing of the body. "Innocent until proven guilty" is the rule, here, and we provide the arrest affidavit below.
